Every guide on this site starts the same way: a real phone, an official store purchase, and a full play session. No shortcuts, no menu tours, no tips copied from another site.
The test phones
We test on Galaxy A55 (Android 15), Pixel 8 (Android 16), Redmi Note 13 Pro (Android 14), Infinix Note 40 Pro (Android 14), and Galaxy A13 (Android 12). A guide tip has to work on the mid range phones in that list, not only on the strongest one, before it is published.
The play standard
Kenji plays the opening week in full, then keeps playing until the guide subject is covered from experience: a complete menu plan, a finished room design, or a regulars list built the slow way. Notes are taken during play, and screenshots in a guide come from those sessions or are omitted when they cannot be captured cleanly.
The download standard
If a game is sold on an official store, we link only to that store. For Grand Gourmet that means the official Google Play listing and the paid $12.99 version. We never link to a hosted file, and we never describe an unofficial file as a download option.
Corrections
Games change and guides age. When a reader reports a step that no longer matches the game, we replay that part, fix the guide, and keep the correction in the guide itself. Write to hello@onegrandgourmet.com with the phone model and the exact step, and we will check it.
